Designing shoes inspired by a customer's unique character and lifestyle is a deeply personal journey. It begins with truly understanding each individual, allowing us to create pieces that feel like an extension of their identity.
From our very first meeting with Fran, we delved deep into in her world, uncovering the essence that shapes the unique DNA of her bespoke creations.
The Designer
Stef, the founder of Atelier Stefani, designed and crafted these boots with a deep understanding of Fran's personality. They're not only a style statement, but a symbol of confidence and ambition, crafted to empower Fran as she walks boldly through life.
The collaborative process between Fran and Stef started with the first design sketch.
Inside the Craft
Pattern making blends imagination, math, and spatial skill, transforming 2D designs into 3D creations. Each unique leather's texture and elasticity reveal the final look of the shoe during the lasting process, where the upper is shaped over the mold.
Craftsmanship celebrates the beauty of uniqueness. Every shoe, shaped by skilled hands and natural materials, is one of a kind. Yet, we take immense pride in our meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to perfection.
Vision to Reality
It took 120 steps and 50 hours of craftsmanship to get from design concept to final creation.
A small change can transform these boots, offering versatility for any occasion. Burgundy laces enhance the lining, while white laces provide a classic touch.
The pointy square toe exudes elegance, while the double welt adds sophistication. Three precise stitches contour the front, adding depth and a unique design touch.
Stitched soles and nailed heels ensure durability and expert craftsmanship, while anti-slip rubber bottoms provide confidence and stability.
The brogue hole pattern, rooted in Irish and Scottish heritage, bridges history and modern style, adding depth and character to the design.
The signature back lacing is a hallmark of Atelier Stefani's bespoke artistry, further elevated by a hand-engraved golden line on the heel adding an elegant touch.
Embossed initials make Fran's boots unique, celebrating her identity through timeless craftsmanship and making them entirely hers.
